There is no hard file size limit. Very large PDFs (100MB+) may take longer to process depending on your device speed. The practical limit is your browser's available memory. Most PDFs are well under 50MB and process instantly.

Use the Unlock PDF tool. You must enter the current PDF password (proving you have authorised access), upload the PDF, and click Unlock. The tool uses pdf-lib in your browser to decrypt and re-save the PDF without a password. All processing is local — your password is never sent to any server.
